Reservation Agreement

Reservation Agreement:

1) Pick Up Protocol
A courtesy text message will be sent when we are on our way and upon our arrival.

2) Airport Pick Up Protocol
A text message, with your Chauffeur’s name and mobile number, will be sent when we are on our way and upon our arrival.
Your designated Chauffeur will be tracking the flight and upon it’s arrival, will be waiting, with a sign, at the bottom of the escalators in the main arrivals hall and then proceed to
the luggage carousels to collect any luggage, if needed.

3) International Flights
In order to minimise any waiting time charges with international flights, please advise us if you are travelling first class, business class or economy class. Knowing this will dictate
our arrival time, for pick ups at the Airport

4) Liability – Mechanical Breakdown
Crown Prestige Limousines Pty Ltd is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

5) Damages Liability – Client
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to our vehicles caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $500.00 for each
carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.
>SANITATION FEE ONLY APPLIES IN THE EVENT OF EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS – (result of a excessive alcohol, motion sickness, damage to the vehicle interior etc).
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to our vehicles caused whilst in and around our vehicles. (our Terms and Conditions – 10)

6) Alcohol Use
Alcohol Consumption, smoking & drug use is prohibited by law (Licensed Stretch Limousines excepted). Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.

7) Delays/Waiting Time
WAITING TIME will be charged after the first 10 minutes of prearranged booking time as described on the run sheet.
Waiting time charged in 15 minute increments after the first 10 free minutes
General Sedan Transfers – $1.5/minute – minimum $20.00 per 15 min
Airport Domestic Transfers – 30 minute grace period.
Airport International Transfers – 30 minute grace period.
Transfers: Sedans – $1.5/minute. Stretch Limousines/Hummers – $125/200 per 15minute.
>We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, inclement weather or
mechanical issues.

8) Lost Property

Crown Prestige Limousines Pty Ltd is not responsible for any articles left in our vehicles. (Our Terms and Conditions – 11)

9) Seating Capacity

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. (Our Terms and Conditions – 9)
